Terms of Service

By using Likhavio you agree to these terms. Likhavio is provided by Verix Digital. It builds web apps from your descriptions with AI, hosts the apps you publish, and gives them a backend (data, sign-in for their users, file uploads, AI answers and emails).

Plans and usage. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until canceled; you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Each plan includes usage in dollars each month; builds, changes and your apps' AI answers and scheduled emails are taken from it, and the cost of each build is shown before it starts. Building pauses when your balance reaches $0. Top-ups never expire.

Your apps are yours. You own the apps you build and their code; on Standard and Pro you can download it at any time. You are responsible for what your apps do and for the data your apps' users put in them.

What apps may not do. No apps that break the law, deceive people (for example, pages that imitate another organisation or collect passwords or payment details under false pretences), send spam, host malware, or harass anyone. Apps can't take payments in this version. We may take an app offline that breaks these rules, and tell you why.

AI output. Apps are written by AI from your words and checked automatically for looks; check that an app does what you need before you rely on it. The service is provided "as is", without warranty. Verix Digital's liability is limited to what you paid in the preceding month.
