Privacy Policy

What we keep about you. Your email address (to sign you in with a code), your plan and payment status from our payment provider, the apps you build (your descriptions, the chat with the builder, the code and its versions) and a list of what each build cost.

Your apps' users. When people use an app you built, the app keeps their email address and the records they add, on your behalf, so the app can work. You decide what your app collects. We don't use your apps' data for anything else and never sell it.

Who processes it. Your descriptions and your app's code are sent to Anthropic (Claude), which writes the app; your apps' AI answers and scheduled emails also go through Anthropic. Apps are built and hosted on Vercel, data is stored with Supabase, emails are sent through Resend, and payments are handled by Polar, the seller of record (we never see your card). We use Meta's advertising pixel to measure our ads.

Your choices. You can delete an app's sample data from its Publish page, take an app offline at any time, and ask us to delete your account and everything in it by emailing support@verixdigital.com. We answer within 30 days.
